Sacred Heart Youth Club

Next Session : 3 February 2012 - 6.30 to 8 p.m. in the Centenary Hall.

Please note that there is an entrance fee of £1 per child in order to raise funds for new equipment for the children’s enjoyment and for light refreshments.

A small number of children who attend have not been registered by their parent and it is very important, for health and safety reasons, that you ensure that you complete a registration form for your child(ren).  This provides us with emergency contact details and gives us permission to deal with emergencies, if they happen.  Could you please accompany your child into the Hall to check that we do have a form completed for them.

Due to the amount of children who are now attending the club, we desperately need more CRB checked parents - particularly dads - to help at some of the sessions to ensure the safety of the children.  Could you please let me know if you would be willing to put your name down on a rota and if you already hold a CRB check for the Sacred Heart parish.  If you are willing to go on a rota to help, please let us know -   This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
