Catholic Aid for Overseas Development (CAFOD)

CAFOD is the international development agency of the Catholic Church in England and Wales and part of the global Caritas family.  It works in more than sixty countries worldwide to tackle poverty and injustice.

CafodThe Parish CAFOD Group was formed in 2000 with the following aims:

·         To raise awareness in the Parish about the work of CAFOD.

·         Organise social functions and other events to raise funds for CAFOD In the last ten years £42,168 for Cafod has been raised by the parish (in addition to Family Fast Day collections) through the following events:
