Parish Youth Club: The Parish Youth Club grew out of a burst of enthusiasm amongst some of the Mums and Dads who met in the Presbytery over a year ago and who set themselves the task of establishing a Youth Club to meet on the first Friday of every month from 6.30—8.00 pm during term time, open to Yr 3 and above. Like all bursts of enthusiasm that inflict parishes from time to time, the enthusiasm for this it would seem has quickly waned and the commitments made at the time, have been abandoned and forgotten, with the exception by a small number of the committed. Interestingly, the enthusiasm amongst the young boys of the parish has remained and they are turning up in ever increasing numbers on the first Friday. Sadly, we do not have many male leaders waiting for them and this is what is presently lacking. We desperately need more CRB checked parents – particularly dads - to help at some of the sessions to ensure the safety of the children and the future of the Club. If you are willing to help occasionally could you please contact Dee Hall on 07751 881210 or email
